Financial Systems is a business application operated by Transcom.

Transcom personnel do not access the content of users' Google Drive files or Gmail messages except when such access is necessary for security or troubleshooting purposes, required by applicable law, or explicitly authorized by the user for support purposes.

Access, where required, is limited to authorized personnel and to the information necessary for the applicable purpose.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Financial Systems retains Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the application's functionality, meet legitimate operational or security requirements, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where Google user data is processed temporarily to perform a user-requested operation, Financial Systems does not retain that information longer than necessary for that operation unless retention is required for a legitimate operational, security, or legal purpose.

Users may revoke Financial Systems' access to their Google Account through their Google Account security settings.

Requests concerning personal data, including applicable requests for access or deletion, may be submitted to Transcom through the contact information provided below.

9. Google API Services User Data Policy

Financial Systems' use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information obtained through Google Workspace APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing Financial Systems functionality.

Financial Systems does not use Google Workspace user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

10. User Control and Authorization

Access to Google user data is granted through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization process.

Users can review the permissions requested by Financial Systems before granting access.

Users may revoke Financial Systems' authorization through their Google Account settings. Revoking authorization prevents Financial Systems from obtaining further Google user data through that authorization.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to Financial Systems, its integration with Google services, applicable legal requirements, or data protection practices.
